Grafic Interface and test of efficience

The norm ISO 9241 defines usability as "the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction with which specified users achieve specified goals in particular environments."

For example, while a software is generally used after being purchased, a website is first used and only if considered worthy, it can lead to transactions and profit.

As a result, usability is not an important matter for profits in a software; yet it is really crucial in websites, as a preliminary condition for reaching profits.
